Outlaw Rewards “Indy Poster-palooza” Contest – September 2012
Howdy Partnerds and welcome to the September 2012 Geek Outlaw Reward Giveaway!
No, you aren’t going crazy (entirely anyway), there was no contest last month as Geek Outlaw was pretty busy and on the road for the better part of August. However, to make up for my absence, I think I’ve got quite the little Grand Prize for those willing to play along this month.
For those that are new on the scene, it bears repeating that (almost) every month I dig into my own collection of geeky items or purchase unique and highly desirable valuables (at a deeply discounted rate) that I then give to the winner of a contest of my choosing.
To help ring in the release of the first ever 1080p Hi-Def editions of ALL the Indiana Jones movies on Blu-Ray (Sept. 18th, 2012), I will be having a poster-palooza giveaway. The winner will receive, not one… not two… but SIX movie posters, two of which include the theatrical editions for the last two Indiana Jones movies!
To officially enter, all I want from you is your favorite Indy moment or quote posted to this blog entry OR Geek Outlaw’s Facebook wall at this link! That’s it… nothing else to it! (I just want to make sure you geeks and nerds are actually reading these posts before I willingly hand over free stuff to you.
I will be picking the winners at random – and via bribery – so everyone has a shot of winning! You only have until September 31st, 2012 to “whip” something up.
NOTE: No purchase necessary to win, however you MUST be subscribed to Geek Outlaw via email to win as well as “Like” Geek Outlaw on Facebook. I don’t ask for any $, just your genuine (and pretend) support.

GRAND PRIZE:
1) (ONE) Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade Theatrical Movie Poster

My personal favorite of the series. If I didn't already own a framed version of this, I would have adopted it as my own.
2) (ONE) Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull Theatrical Movie Poster

I was in the minority in that I actually enjoyed the 4th Indy, but even if you didn't can you really say no to free stuff?
3) Alien – 20th Century Fox 75th Anniversary Poster
4) Independence Day - 20th Century Fox 75th Anniversary Poster
5) The Day the Earth Stood Still - 20th Century Fox 75th Anniversary Poster (Non-Keanu version)
6) Elektra Theatrical Movie Poster

One of the few movies that was better than the flick it spun-off from. (Thanks in part to Mr. Affleck)

2ND PLACE PRIZE
Runner-up winner will receive the following poster:
1) The Day the Earth Stood Still - 20th Century Fox 75th Anniversary Poster (Non-Keanu version)
2) Total Recall Mini-Movie Poster (Non-Ahnold Edition)
And as always, the crowing jewel for both winners of this contest is a complete set of limited edition Geek Outlaw and Hot Nerd Girl stickers!
If that wasn’t enough, shipping is also included! This is one incredible giveaway and I’m asking basically nothing of you to enter, so subscribe and submit your favorite Indy moments ASAP!
What are you waiting for… these free posters aren’t going to hang themselves!
Throw your (cowboy) hat into the ring of this month’s geek-tastic contest!

Favorite Indy moment? In Raiders, after going through everything he’s gone to get the Ark Sallah ask’s him how he’s going to get the truck. His response: “I don’t know, I’m making this up as I go!”. Brilliant!

It was my… .[looks down at his groin]Indiana Jones: My misunderstanding.
